Afeez Abiodun is a native of Iseyin in Oyo State,Nigeria. He started his education in Iseyin where he attended St. Paul Anglican School, Idiroko, Faramora Secondary School and IDGL where He completed his secondary education.

Relocating to Lagos, he continued his acting career which he started in his primary school days, loving acting at a very tender age. He wrote a drama entitled “Kokoro Aiye” for his school and people liked it. “Afeez Owo” as he is popularly called, produced his first movie titled “Majen sinwon waiye” in the year 2000. He is married to an actress, Mide, daughter of the late popular actress Funmi Martins and they are both blessed with a baby girl.
