Joshua Osamwonyi was born in Benin City to the family of Mr/mrs Osamwonyi. He attended both primary and secondary school in Benin City.
He later moved to Lagos to pursue his career in film-making.
He was trained under Lancelot Imasuen by Amen Imasuen.
He has been involved in many production as editor. And has also direct a couple of musical videos. He is set to shoot his debut film "TALES FROM THE HEARTBEAT" in December 2018
