Murphy Afolabi, was born in the accented town of Osogbo in Osun State. He graduated from Ire Polytechnic in year 2001 where he studied Mass Communication and Theatre Art and Films Production. He has 60 movies to his credit.

He is also a Film Producer and Script Writer.
