Popularly known as Mr B in the late Ken Saro-Wiwa's soup opera, Bassey and Company. Proceeded to Austria to school. Gained admission to study Medicine. His love for acting made him switch to Arts after completing a course in Medicine. Graduated with a first class honours in Theatre Arts from the University of Ibadan.

He stated performing at the age of 7. He joined Nollywood in 1999. The first movie he featured in is Blood of the Orphan.He has produced a number of musical works and has done four tracks. He has featured in a lot of Nollywood movies.

The former lecture of the University of Abuja is married with 3 kids.
