Abynah (Christabel Ekeh) was riding high as a film actress until she caught her director/boyfriend cheating on her. A confrontation led to violence and as a result she spent six years in prison.

Upon her return to society she attempted to resume her film career but it was challenging as some directors wanted sex in exchange for a part while others didn’t want to be associated with an ex-convict.

Making matters worse, Abynah was diagnosed with a fatal disease which led her to live in the village to await death. She sunk into a state of despair but life looked up when the possibility of love surfaced with Kojo (John Dumelo). Kojo was a doctor looking to build a new hospital in the area but he was carrying an emotional load also.
