Adebayo Salami


Adebayo Salami fondly known as Oga Bello in the Nollywood movie industry. He was born in Lagos State on the 9th of may 1953.

He holds a National Diploma degree in purchasing and Supply from Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin, Nigeria, and he is currently undergoing an MBA programme in Marketing at Lagos State University in Nigeria.

Oga Bello started his acting career in 1964 with a group called Young Concert Party led by Ojo Ladipo a.k.a. Baba Mero and featured in a first Yoruba movie produced by Dr. Ola Balogun titled Ajani Ogun in 1977. He was brought to limelight in a television drama.

He is a responsible polygamist with grown up children, four of which has taken after him in the acting career.
