Dywayne Thomas, MA, BFA, HNDip, Hon. DHL, DPA, (born May 17) is an film and television actor, producer and martial artist born in London, United Kingdom.

He is an actor, known for Mia, Surveilled, Rise of the Footsoldier 4, DC's Pennyworth, IF, Ties of the Ribbon, Catalyst, Hello Au Revoir and Ted Bundy Had a Son. He is also an Associate Producer of feature films CYBERLANTE and CASTING KILL by Raya Films.

Thomas has a Black belt in Karate and is a winner of multiple National, English and British Karate Championship awards. He is a former Junior British Individual and Team Kata Champion, who represented the London Goju Ryu Karate team between 1987 and 1992.

EARLY LIFE
Thomas was born on May 17, 1977, in the City of London, London, England, to parents, Patricia Sindy Thomas and Winston Roy Thomas, both of Caribbean, South American and African ancestry.

He is the third eldest of six children, all of Caribbean and African ancestry. Many of his relatives reside in the Caribbean and the United States of America, although his closer family lives in the United Kingdom.

Thomas was raised in Hackney and studied at Gayhurst Primary School, where he first became involved in acting.

Television Presenter (and a longtime family friend) Jasmine Harman, also attended the same primary school as Thomas.

Thomas later attended Cardinal Pole Roman Catholic School in East London. He was in the same school year as professional footballer Darren Purse during his time at Cardinal Pole.

ACTING CAREER
Thomas began his acting career appearing in numerous dance & musical theatre performances at an early age. The most notable one being the 1986 production of "The Pied Piper" starring Sylvester McCoy at the Royal National Theatre, Southbank in London.

Thomas trained at the Identity School of Acting in Brixton and Gray's Inn, London. He also did his Screen Action training at the British Action Academy in Surrey, England.

Thomas is currently preparing for his new role of Mario Colombo in feature film MIA.

He features in SURVEILLED by Raya Films and plays a Boxing Judge in Rise of the Footsoldier 4: Marbella.

He has appeared in the following feature films: Hello Au Revoir, Catylist. He also plays a part in the crime/horror project, “Ted Bundy Had a Son” and is also an Associate Producer for the docu-drama “Banned, Exploited & Blacklisted: The Underground Work of Controversial Filmmaker Shane Ryan, which includes Bai Ling, Clint Eastwood’s daughter, Kathryn Reeves Eastwood and Jonah Hill as part of the impressive cast.
