He started His basic Education at the Christ Church Primary School in Ilaro and further studied at the Yaba Technical College where He was trained as an auto mobile mechanic.

Ogogo has He is popularly called,a nickname gotten from an appellation from His home town and what Yorubas’ will call ‘oriki’(praise name), became a popular actor between 1990 and 1993 quitting His Civil Service job to pursue His Acting Career.

He starred in a first stage production titled “Nkan Omo Olu Ibadan” in 1982.
