First up are Tracey and Jesse, played by Okawa Shaznay and Kweku Elliott. Tracey was at a radio station promoting a book she wrote about her love life. As she divulged highlights of the book the movie was played simultaneously.

Tracey and Jesse appeared to have the perfect union but behind closed doors she wanted a baby and Jesse wasn’t ready. She later found out that he was having an affair with Nia (Zynnell Lydia Zuh). Nia had been pressuring Jesse to leave Tracey yet she hadn’t left her own boyfriend, Carlos (Tony Lachman).

Tenzy and Mike (Naomi Watson & Jose Tolbert) were Tracey’s friends and they had been dating for two years. Tenzy was ready to seal the deal but Mike procrastinated to tie the knot because he was having an affair with Sussie (Chantelle Asante).

The last couple, Lisa and Jason (Yvonne Nelson & Eddie Watson), had problems in the bedroom. In addition to sexual struggles, Jason was still in love with his ex-girlfriend, Tenzy (listed above) and adding to the conflict she also happened to be Lisa’s best friend.

Another subplot centered on Shane (Teddy Ameyaw), who was expected to follow in his father’s footsteps as a pastor but he had no such plans. Instead he lamented on how to tell his father that he was homosexual and in love with a man.
