Frank’s marriage to the uneducated and wayward, Dumebi (Mercy Johnson) hit a bump in the road. Dumebi found another man and relocated to England with their son. Frank (Kenneth Okonkwo) felt cheated and wanted the bride price he paid refunded. When he visited Dumebi’s father in the village for the money, he was offered Somaga (Funke Akindele), Dumebi’s sister, as a replacement.

Somaga turned out to be a handful, even more so than Dumebi. She was unruly with mood swings and a mouth that ran a mile a minute. In her first week at Frank’s home, she had a violent fit in his living room, beat up his gateman, ruined dinner, and sexually forced herself on him.

Frank couldn’t tolerate her and made her return to the village for “home training.” Somaga was adverse to life in the village and the lack of air-conditioning, customary village food, and mosquito bites, sent her packing back to Frank’s city home. She still lacked the “home training” that Frank insisted upon so he had her escorted back to the village to get it.

Somaga received the life lessons that Frank requested but above all, she learned how to treat a man. She returned to his home with a new personality but she came off as a pretentious servant instead of a wife.

Meanwhile, Frank’s friend introduced him to a “proper” woman – the type every man should want to marry. But as the previous Dumebi movies conveyed, Frank was unlucky in love and found himself back at square one.
