In the movie Head Gone, a psychiatric hospital bus driver unintentionally loses some patients during a facility transfer. In an attempt to cover up the mistake, unsuspecting commuters are substituted for the mentally ill and both the escapees and substituted patients are thrust into a radically unfamiliar environment.
